Bookings are based on week starting Saturday (4pm) to Saturday (10am).
If you wish to book please telephone to confirm availability. Once your provisional booking has been received over the phone, a booking form will be posted to direct to you. a deposit of one third of the full price is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. We would advise you to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance.
A refund can only be given subject to re-let of the property for that period. Cheques are payable to Cara Franchi.
No more than 3 parking bays will be used at any one time.
Any fixtures or fittings belonging to the cottage which are damaged, broken or missing are the responsibility of the guest and will be paid for in full.
The cottage is designed to accomodate 6 people. No more than 6 people should sleep in the cottage at any one time.
In the interests of the environment, health and safety please ensure that all electrical appliances are switched off when not in use or when the guest leaves the property.
Please do not leave the open fire unattended. Smoke alarms are checked weekly.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
